Many of the business cases and commercial cases which I handle involve a breach of contract. I acted as lead counsel in a nationwide class action involving the breach of contract by a large insurance company, and obtained a settlement for the class in excess of 25 million dollars. I have obtained substantial recoveries for clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
